Patrick J. McNeil: pjm@msrwlaw.com
Mr. McNeil's practice focuses on representing businesses and their
owners in the areas of corporate and business formation, tax planning,
wealth preservation and estate planning. In practice since 1973,
Mr. McNeil serves as corporate counsel to family-owned and privately-held
business entities and has provided legal advice and counsel regarding
transition of ownership and acquisitions. Mr. McNeil earned his
Bachelor of Science degree from University of San Francisco and
his law degree from San Francisco School of Law.

Mr. Rice's practice focuses on business litigation corporate transactions,
real estate and construction, law, human resource law and dispute
resolution. In practice since 1986, Mr. Rice's dispute resolution
work includes representation of owners, contractors and design professionals
in real estate and construction matters, public works claims, crane
and heavy equipment accidents, as well as labor matters. Mr. Rice
is a graduate of University of California Berkeley and received
his law degree from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Mr. Wiley's practice focuses on taxation of the construction industry.
Admitted to practice in 1981, Mr. Wiley is also a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Wiley practices
in the areas of income, estate and gift taxation, estate planning
and corporate transactions. Mr. Wiley earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree from California State University, San Francisco and received
his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of
Law.
